Most points will appear in your account within 72 hours of invoice payment and it can take up to 45-business days for promotional points to show up. You can view your points activity in Points History.

Yes, returns will result in the points from the original transaction being debited from your More Rewards points balance.

No, you do not require your card during a refund. The points will be automatically taken from your account.

You can see your point balance at any time by logging into your More Rewards account. Once signed in, your current account balance will appear in the top right corner of your screen, next to your account name.

Must be paid in full 15 days from invoice date. Customer has 60 days from invoice date to add member # to account if forgot at time of purchase. No minimum purchase required. Limit one offer per member card number at a time. Not valid for new builds. Not valid on re-bates or other highly administered programs. The maximum  number of points one can earn is 5,000 point per service/order. Please allow up to 45 days for issuance of points from ACE Plumbing & Heating to be electronically deposited into your More Rewards member account.
